Greek-Style Green Beans
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Supreme Cuts Snipped Green Beans
2 plum tomatoes, minced
Several tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Fresh lemon juice (optional)
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt it. Boil beans until just barely tender. Drain and rinse with cold water until cool, then transfer to bowl.
When ready to eat, toss beans with tomatoes, olive oil,
salt, pepper and lemon juice.
