Simple Brussel Sprouts and Onions

1 12 oz. pack Supreme Cuts Brussel Sprouts
1 cup peeled pearl onions
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste

    • Cook the brussel sprouts in vigorously boiling water until tender, app. 8-10 minutes
    • While cooking, saute the onions in the butter; as the onions gain color, add the chicken broth and cook until tender
    • Combine the onions and brussel spouts; season to taste with salt and pepper
    • Add additional butter and broth as the dish finishes to add moisture and flavor, as needed
