Supreme Cuts would
like to introduce our new corporate chef, Jeffrey Fuelo, CEC.
Jeffrey has over twenty-five years experience of professional
food service experience in a variety of settings in executive
dining, corporate catering, off premise catering and a la cart
Chef Fuelo has held
several prestigious positions. He was the Executive Chef for
Hoffman-LaRoche World Headquarters and Research Facility,
Executive Sous Chef for Dolce International, and Executive
Chef for Restaurant Associates of New York at the Metropolitan
Museum of Art and The American Museum of Natural History. He
was recently the Chef de Cuisine for Mountainview Caterers.
Jeffrey attended the
Culinary Institute of America where he earned his Associate of
Occupational Science in Culinary Arts. He then attended New
York University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in
Food Service Management and later his Master of Arts, also in
Food Service Management.
Jeff holds over
fifteen professional certificates and awards. He has also been
a professor for Hudson County Community College and New York
