Supreme Citrus Brussel Sprouts

1 12 oz. pack Supreme Cuts Brussel Sprouts
The zest and juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange
½ cup diced red onion
½ tbsp chopped parsley
2 ½ tbsp olive oil
pinch sugar
salt and fresh black pepper to taste

    • Cook the brussel sprouts in vigorously boiling salted water until tender, app. 8-10 minutes
    • While cooking, prepare the citrus dressing: combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk well to blend
    • When the brussel sprouts are cooked, drain and toss with the citrus dressing
    • Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper and suga
