Wax
Beans, Bacon and Celery
Ingredients:
3 cups Supreme Cuts Wax Beans
½ stalk celery
4 slices of bacon
1 tablespoon butter
¼ teaspoon pepper
Cut wax bean, celery, and
bacon into pieces. Boil beans and celery
in salted water for about 25 minutes. Drain off water. Put
butter and bacon in frying pan and cook until bacon starts
to become crisp. Mix in with a fork the beans, celery and
pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes then enjoy.
