Off The Cobb 3 Bean Salad



1 12 oz. pack Off The Cob Corn, cooked as per package directions, cooled
½ cup each canned chic peas, cannellini beans and red kidney beans, drained well
½ cup diced onion
3-4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tea. sugar


Toss corn and beans well in a large bowl
Combine the remaining ingredients separately and blend well
Combine the dressing with the bean mixture and mix well
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Marinate a minimum of 1-2 hours in the refrigerator prior to serving
