Asian Edamame (Soy Bean) Corn Salad



1 12 oz. pack Off The Cob Corn, cooked as per package directions, cooled
12 oz. frozen soy beans, thawed and drained
½ cup sliced carrots
½ cup diced onions
¼ cup soy sauce
½ Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar


Combine and toss the corn, soy bean and carrot well
Combine the remaining ingredients separately to create a dressing, blending well
Dress the corn and soy beans with the dressing
Refrigerate marinate 30 minutes-1 hour prior to serving
