Simple Creamy Fresh Corn Chowder



  • 1  12oz package Supreme Cuts Off The Cob
  • 2 cups chopped potatoes
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 2  (14.5oz) cans of chicken broth
  • 1½ cups of heavy cream or half & half
  • 2 tea. Sugar
  • ½ tea. Salt
  • 1/8 tea. White pepper
  • ½ tea. Garlic Powder

Simmer the corn, potatoes, celery and onion until completely cooked (approx. 25 mins)
Allow to cool slightly for safe handling
Puree in a blender at puree or blend setting until the soup is smooth
Return soup to pot; add the cream or half & half, and all the seasonings
Bring to boil, reduce to simmer and serve
