Old Fashioned Creamed Corn



  • 1 12oz package Supreme Cuts Off The Cob Corn
  • 4 tbsp. ( ½  stick) butter
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • ¾ cup half & half, heavy cream, or milk
  • Season to taste with salt, sugar and white pepper

Sauté the corn in the butter until completely cooked (approx. 2 mins)
Sprinkle the flour over the cooking corn and stir well
Cook the flour with the corn approx 1-minute, until the mixture takes on a sandy consistency
Add the cream or milk product, stir well, bring up to a high simmer and reduce to a low simmer for approx 1 minute

Recipe note: the thickness of this preparation is to taste; add more or less milk produce to produce the consistency and thickness of preference
