Fiery Pineapple Corn Salsa

 

Ingredients:

1 12 oz. pack Off The Cob Corn, cooked as per the package directions, cooled
1 cup each diced ripe pineapple and red pepper
¼- ½  cup fresh chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
½ Tea. cumin
¼- ½ Tea. cayenne

 

Combine all ingredients and blend well
Use this piquant and spicy  salsa as a condiment for grilled chicken and pork
