Picnic Style BBQ Corn and Bacon



  • 1 12oz package Supreme Cuts Off The Cob Corn
  • 3 slices thick cut bacon, diced
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • ½ cup tomato juice
  • 3 tbsp. BBQ sauce

Render the bacon and cook until it starts to brown
Add the onion and cook until brown
Add the corn and cook until done (approx. 2-3 mins. at low flame)
Add the tomato juice and cook until almost dry
Add the BBQ sauce and cook until all the corn is nicely glazed

Recipe Note: The recipe lends itself to an additional step; place the mixture in an oven proof baking pan and top with buttered or herbed bread crumbs and bake until a crispy golden brown is achieved, and thus a casserole-like dish is produced
