Southwestern Corn Sauté




  • 1  12oz package Supreme Cuts Off The Cob
  • 1 cup each diced red pepper, green pepper and onion
  • 1 tbsp. finely diced fresh jalapeno
  • 4 tbsp/ ( ½ stick) butter
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • ¼ tea. Chipotle powder (optional)


Sauté the onion and peppers in the butter until wilted (approx. 1-min)
Add the corn and continue cooking until the corn is cooked sufficiently
(approx. 2-mins)
Season to taste with salt and pepper, and add the chipotle power if desired
