Green Beans with Onions
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, eyeball it
1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1 to 1 ¼
pounds Supreme Cuts
snipped green beans
Salt
In a medium pan
over medium heat add extra-virgin olive oil, butter and
onion. Sauté onions 3 minutes, add broth and bring to a
boil. Add beans, season with salt and cover pan and simmer
8 minutes, until tender. Serve and enjoy!
