Roasted Shallots

Ingredients:

18 Supreme Cuts Peeled Shallots
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl toss the shallots with oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet and arrange in a single layer. Bake until shallots are very tender, about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Enjoy!
