Italian Zucchini Pie
Ingredients:
4 cups Supreme Cuts Baby Zucchini
1 cup chopped onions
1 stick margarine (¼ lb)
½
teaspoon
pepper
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 package crescent dinner rolls
2 teaspoons mustard
½
teaspoon
oregano
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice baby zucchini. Cook
zucchini, onions and margarine for 10-15 minutes. Add all
other ingredients except dinner rolls and mustard. Press
crescent rolls in bottom and sides of pie plate. Over
this, spread the 2 teaspoons of mustard. Pour mixture over
this and bake. Serve warm.
